If you want some romance, i can advice you a couple of things as i really love such hentai-anime.
First of all, most new titles wont do. Imo, most titles nowadays are full of rape and other crazyness. Stick with releases of pre-2006, many of them contain lots of romance.
And now some titles:
Ashita no Yukinojou: one of my favorites! Pure romance and 4 episodes (6 if you count it’s prequel Masaru Ashita no Yukinojou with it)
Welcome to Pia Carrot: Pure romance, 6 episodes 2 seasons and even some comedy! Another favorite!
A Heat For All Seasons: Again pure romance. 3 episodes. ‘Oldschool’ (mid 90s release) but worth it.
Koihime (and Zoku Koihime): Romance! 4 episodes 2 seasons.
And finally: Sex Warrior Pudding: It’s crazy, funny, cute and most of all seriously worth a watch!3 episodes (in a 80 min video) of romance comedy!
There’s more similiar to my suggestions. But remember: You’ll have to search the old stuff, as the only good romance hentai-anime of today imo is: Kimihagu. Although it only has 2 episodes, it really is a good example of how a good romance hentai-anime would look like if it were released today (Kimihagu is from 2009) I hope this can help you! Good luck!

As an addition to myself: I’m really forgetting another great release.
It’s from 2008, contains pure, pure romance, it’s a must for lovers of lesbian. I’m talking about Shojo Sect: Innocent Lovers. 3 episodes of a lesbian romance at it’s finest:
No crazy rape stuff or other extremity, just ‘casual stuff’. A good story, even good usage of music. So if you are into romance and don’t fear lesbian stuff and fancy a good story, you should give it a go. Oh and it has a length of 3 episodes.

Hehe, you’re welcome. As i mentioned before, i’m a fan of the romantic stuff. So the h-animes i’ve mostly watched are those and so i can easily help other people interested in the romance stuff

Yeah I noticed they are back. They stopped for a while last night and something triggered them again. Looking into it, hopefully we can fix this for good soon.
EDIT and they do seem to be happening at random, a link may not work when you first try it but then it will a little later.
