If it doesn’t say it’s uncensored then yes it is censored (new releases like this one are almost always censored)

I read them but I use DivX not the one mentioned in the FAQ and I don’t much like that pack either. Is there a way you could post an english subs version as well? Pretty please?

I fail to see how that’s my problem. I’m not trying to be rude but I gave you the solution to your problem, you don’t want to use it and then you expect me to release something I already have. The subs are there, I won’t be re-releasing them just for your convenience.

You should be able to play the video just fine, and to have the subs play with it just put them in the same folder/location as the video file. Some players require you to manually turn on the subtitles for them to be visible. If that doesn’t work it could very well be you don’t have the required codecs in which case you know what I suggest.

it’s not out yet. I will post it when I get it.
I never said I was posting it on the 29th, that’s when it was released in Japan, it’s still the 29th where I am btw
